Students will not be allowed to attend examinations until all the prerequisites are met. This means the the documentation concerning the prerequisites must be correctly completed.
We have provided all the forms to be completed as well as given you guides on how to complete the forms below! However if you are still unsure please message us for help!
Hours Loggged
If you have no experience, please do not worry, our practical course will help you gain all the knowledge and experience need to pass the exams and log the hours to meet the course prerequisites!
However if you do have hours logged on a vessel and a qualified skipper can sign the hours please complete the below document.
Doctors Certificate
Please have a qualified doctor sign the below form.

Submission
Please submit all the above form as well as when you attend the course:
- Copy of Skippers ID, COC and Affidavit confirming the skipper witnessed the hours in the logbook.
- 4 x ID photos (no glasses on)
- Certified copy of South African ID
